Cake Ordering Policy

At our bakery, we are committed to delivering high-quality, beautifully designed cakes for every special occasion. Please review our policy to ensure a smooth ordering experience:

General Orders

• Standard cake orders require a minimum of 1 week’s notice.
• Custom artwork, cutouts, and drawn designs require at least 2 weeks’ notice.
• Some complex cakes may require more than 2 weeks’ notice depending on design and availability.
• Rush orders (less than 48 hours’ notice) will incur a $30 rush fee, in addition to the regular price.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is made.

Stacked and Tiered Cakes

• 3-tier cakes require a scheduled consultation. Please call in advance to secure an appointment.
• Due to the intricate nature of these designs, early planning is highly recommended.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Standard cake orders cancelled within 72 hours of the pick-up date will forfeit the amount paid.
• Artwork and stacked cake orders cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up date will forfeit the deposit automatically.
